Will it sound robotic?

Is it legal to text my callers automatically?
Yes, when done correctly. Someone who just called you has started the conversation. We register your number for business texting (A2P 10DLC), include opt-out language, honor STOP right away and respect quiet hours.
Are calls recorded? Do callers need to agree?
Recording is optional. When it's on, the AI announces at the start of every call that it may be recorded, because several states, including California, Florida and Illinois, require every party's consent. The announcement is on by default.
What if the AI says something wrong?
It only answers from the information you give it: hours, services, price ranges and service area. When it's unsure, it takes a message and alerts you instead of guessing. You can read every conversation and take over with one tap.
Will customers know it's AI?
Yes, if they ask. The assistant introduces itself as your business's assistant and passes the conversation to you the moment someone asks for a person.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Unanswered calls forward to NeverMiss, and texts go out from your business number once it's registered for business texting. We handle that during setup.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
