Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect only what we need to answer your calls and follow up with your customers. You own your data, we never sell it, and we never use it to train public AI models.
NeverMiss is in early access. This page describes how the service is built and the commitments we make to every customer. If anything changes, we will update this page and tell customers before the change takes effect.
Who this covers
This policy covers visitors to this website, businesses that use NeverMiss ("customers") and the people who call or text those businesses ("callers"). For caller data, the business is in control and NeverMiss processes that data on the business's behalf.
What we collect
- Website visitors: what you type into our forms (name, business name, phone, email, carrier, plan) and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested). We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
- Customers: account and business details, hours, services, price ranges, calendar availability and the settings you choose.
- Callers (on behalf of customers): phone number, call time, text messages, and call audio and transcripts when the customer turns recording on, plus details the caller shares, such as their name and what they need.
- Payments: invoice and payment status. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by NeverMiss.
How we use it
- To answer calls and texts, book appointments, follow up on leads, estimates and invoices, and send customers their summaries and reports.
- To set up trials, provide support, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
- To generate AI replies. Conversation content is sent to our AI model provider only to produce the response, under terms that prohibit using it to train their public models.
Who we share it with
We never sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share data only with service providers that help us run NeverMiss, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Hosting and infrastructure (Hostinger)
- Calls and texts (Twilio)
- Payments (Stripe)
- AI model processing (our AI model provider)
- CRM and calendar tools that you choose to connect, such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Google Calendar or Outlook
We may disclose information if the law requires it, and we'll notify the affected customer when we're allowed to.
How long we keep it
- Trial requests that don't become accounts: deleted after 12 months.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
- Customer and caller data: for as long as the account is active. It's deleted within 30 days of cancellation, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
- Call recordings: you set the retention period, which defaults to 90 days.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your information. Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Virginia or other states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights, and we honor them for everyone. Callers can reply STOP to any text to stop messages. To make a request, use our contact form. We'll respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to people who need it, and logins use two-factor authentication. See our security page for details.
Children
NeverMiss is a business service and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we make material changes, we'll update this page and notify customers by email before they take effect.
